I was surprised by the lack of coffee and tea amenities in the room, which was a minor inconvenience.

the whole experience was just sad. i mean, the pool bar prices were outrageous! and don't even get me started on the staff’s attitude, especially Daniella—seriously, just rude. i expected a special touch since I spent a fortune here, yet got treated like any regular guest—so disappointing. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.
